The
SIL/Electric is a structure which allows the operator to reach the stocking
chambers inside silos for cereals, fodder, seeds. The vertical stroke is 50
m.; the carrying jib can be lowered to allow the passage under pipelines or
obstacles which are 900 mm. from the ground level.
THE
CRANE CONSISTS OF:
- a
frame (a steel structure on wheels with metal parapets),
- hoisting
winch with a winding drum for the carrying cable,
- mechanical
unit with irreversible self-braking worm reduction unit fitted with an electromagnetic
safety brake and a self-braking electric motor,
- manual
emergency winch mod. PL,
- n.
1 special steel carrying cable,
- n.
1 steel rope on the manual emergency winch,
- the
gondola is for one operator only and it is made of square section structural
steel (size: 0,50 x 0,50 m. / height: 1,20 m.),
- non-skid
aluminium walkway on the gondola,
- voltage
of mains 380 V - auxiliary controls 48 V.
SAFETY
REGULATIONS:
In
compliance with EN UNI 1808/99 and D.M. 04/03/82.
EMERGENCY
MANOEUVRE:
The operator
on the gondola pulls a cord to halt the equipment; the device automatically
warns the operator near the winch.
