Fast assembly scaffold system used to carry out inspections, cleaning, maintenance, slag disposal etc. on the vertical pipe walls of thermoelectric power plants. Our scaffold systems guarantee technical and economic advantages and eliminate any possible risk. They have been designed in cooperation with the technical departments of steam generator constructors, such as: TOSI, BREDA, ANSALDO and ENEL; between 1970 and 1974 we supplied twelve CT83 scaffold systems to the man ENEL plants.

GENERAL TECHNICAL DATA:

hoisting unit consisting of:

• n. 2 independent winches which can be operated either individually or simultaneously; the length of the rope which winds up on the winding drum is 100 m. or more,
• irreversible self-braking worm reduction units,
• carrying capacity of the winch: Kg. 650 or more.
• The manual emergency manoeuvre can be carried out by rotating the suitable handwheel on the hoisting units outside the steam generator combustion chamber.
• The voltage of the winch motor is 380 V  50 Hz   4,5 kW while that of the gondola and all safety devices is 24 V.

GONDOLA:

Gondolas can be disassembled into pieces whose size allows them to pass through manholes; the couplings of the carrying cables consist of safety gudgeon pins fitted on the load-bearing winches.

OPTIONAL:

Two permanent magnets to fix the gondola on the generator pipes during the operations.
